Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Right of withdrawal (EU)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive your goods.

30-day returns

In addition, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

To start a return, contact us at contact@hmmarketing.ma. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Hygiene items

For hygiene and health reasons, personal-care products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Damaged or wrong items

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you about your refund. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to process it.
